Any account has the ability to hide COUNTER reports from showing in their admin portal.
In order to turn on/off COUNTER reports, you must go to account settings from the left-hand navigation.
On the bottom right of the account settings page, you will see a box titled "Admin Portal Settings"
Here is where it will tell you if your account is set to display COUNTER Reports. By Default it is set to "Yes".
In order to change this, click on the pencil in the top right of the box to edit.
Upon clicking on the edit icon, you will be able to change this setting. If you account is a consortia, you have the option to include children in an update, and override a child's settings.
