The Institutions & Users section of the admin portal allows you to add a new user. From the Users tab click on the "New User" button.
A popup will appear with the following fields to be entered (all are required):
- Account
- Full Name
- Username
- Password
- Re-Enter Password
- Role
- Status
After entering in all data, click "Save." A new user has now been added.
