Classes Report

The Classes Report, available for all Films and eBooks products, lists all classes and their metadata. You can drill down into each class to view users and content for that class.

At the top of the report there is an export button.

An export options box will appear when clicking the "export" button.  In this popup you can choose what columns to include in your report and the format of the report:

Once you have selected your options, click the "export" button to export the report.

At the top of the report you will be able to select the number of entries to show on the page, and an area to search the report.2020-07-14_10-52-07.png

The report shows the following information for each class:

  • Name
  • Description
  • Create by Account
  • Created by User
  • Date Created
  • Last Updated
  • Grade
  • Class Type
  • # of Students
  • Content Count

Click on a class name to drill down to see a report of Class Users and Content.

At the top of this report, you will see the Class Name that you are viewing the User and Content reports for, as well as a link to "Show all Classes" to bring you back to the main Classes Report.2020-07-14_11-19-59.png

The Class Users Report is on the top portion of this page.

The Class Users Report shows the following information for each User:

  • Name
  • Account Name
  • UserType
  • Is Creator

The Class Content Report is on the bottom portion of this page.

The Class Content Report shows the following information:

  • Title
  • Asset Type
  • Date Added

**Note: This report is only available if classes are set up for your product.
